Using the iPad Pro with a nano-texture display reaffirmed our preference for anti-glare screens. Of course, this also led me to want everything to have a nano-texture. While not all Apple products offer nano-texture display options, there are many ways to achieve this experience on your iPhone, iPad, and MacBook with quality anti-glare matte screen protectors.
Anti-glare iPhone Screen Protector
I would go crazy for a nano-texture for the iPhone, but that option is not available yet.
Instead, I am using the Mothca Matte Series screen protector on my iPhone 17 Pro. Based on my experience, I recommend getting two packs as the initial setup can be a learning process. The price is under 15 dollars.
Matte MacBook Air Solution
The anti-glare screen protector I decided on for my M4 MacBook Air is from ANTOGOO. I would get this matte layer again, and it will work the same way with the M5 MacBook Air.
The price for two packs is under 20 dollars, and the installation process is surprisingly easy.
One tip: focus on aligning the cut-out section at the top center while applying the matte screen protector.
If you use your MacBook in bright environments or want a flatter dark mode experience, this fingerprint or smudge-resistant accessory is definitely a must-have.
Best iPad Screen Protectors
Apple brought nano-texture to the iPad Pro with the M4 version and continues to offer a great experience with the M5 version.
However, the starting price for the nano-texture iPad is 1699 dollars because Apple only offers this display option in the 1TB and 2TB storage models.
This is quite a lot of money if you just want an anti-glare iPad screen.
Fortunately, there is a great solution: Astropad’s Rock Paper Pencil removable screen protector, along with Apple Pencil tips.
If you don’t always want a matte screen, this is a great solution.
