Apple Watch is offering two new challenges this month to encourage reaching specific Activity goals on Earth Day and International Dance Day. Here are the details.

Earth Day and International Dance Day Will Bring New Apple Watch Activity Challenges

In the coming days of this month, Apple Watch owners will have the opportunity to earn special digital rewards. These rewards include new iMessage stickers.

First, Earth Day will present an Activity challenge on Wednesday, April 22. Here are the details:

On this Earth Day, April 22, you can earn this reward by recording a 30-minute workout with the Workout app or any app that logs exercise to Health. The Earth will have a lot in store for you.

A week later, International Dance Day will bring its own Activity challenge on Wednesday, April 29.

According to Apple's official message:

Show off your dance moves for International Dance Day. Earn this reward by recording a Dance workout of 20 minutes or longer on April 29. Log this with the Workout app or any app that adds exercise to Health.

Apple regularly continues to offer such Activity challenges based on certain holidays and other events. For example, earlier this year, there was a 'Celebrate the New Year' challenge to promote healthy habits at the beginning of 2026.
